Sleep Disorders - Can Music and Sounds Help?

Can music and sounds really help you overcome sleep disorders or are they simply distractions, keeping you awake?

Music and sounds can be used to help you fall asleep faster and sleep better. This is an interview with healing musician Angela Sciberras before her presentation on Sleep With The Experts.

 
In that training program Angela talked about using melody, rhythm, beat and gave details on single instrument music vs orchestral, using sounds to distract from pain, even sounds we can make ourselves like humming. It gives new meaning to 'sleeping soundly'!
