Is There A Cure For Sleep Disorders?
Don't think that popping sleeping pills is the cure for sleep disorders. It may have made you fall asleep last night but it does not necessarily mean that it can have the same effect next week.
Sleep disorders are usually symptoms of something else. Taking a pill to make you fall asleep only removes the symptoms, but does not solve the root cause of your sleeping problem. Aside from this, there are also studies that prove sleeping pills to be addictive, and because of this, its efficacy decreases over time.
For some, sleep disorders may be a symptom of anxiety. If this is the case, then rather than be dependent on sleeping pills, it would be much better to understand the anxiety one goes through - what causes it and how to overcome it. Once the root cause is addressed, then the symptoms also disappear.

But how many people link emotional and psychological troubles with lack of sleep?
